ISIS coping with errors in records

Description
ISISPlugin currently fails if there are errors in the records. I am not sure exactly what happens, but maybe it just stops processing when an error occurs.
Deleted records in the database that are not cleaned out cause an error.

He has sent a sample database for us to try.

Tried importing and building the sample "these" database on Linux and it works fine with no errors. Need a better test database for this ticket.
At Katherine's instruction, changing to target the 2.85 release.
