Description
Veronica has said that next month (september?) she will update the realistic book code, and add in the option to disable the print button.
Try to get this in the 2.83 release, and then remember to add into the release notes.

disable print option added into a special local library version of the flash application, but not currently committed to our svn repos. Do we want to stick with this LLS version, or just move to having to use apache, and can then get the latest and best book viewer.
c++ code already updated to work with print/no-print feature.
