advanced search on cdrom

Someone reported on the list that advanced searching didn't work on an exported dvd, but simple searching did.

Test and see if this is still true or not. (Reported for 2.74)

Note that lucene collections don't work from cd (#315).

works from a folder copied to windows. need to test now when its written to actual disc. but I think that should work...

I tested with the "don't install any files locally" export option checked in GLI.

Whatever works with a standard greenstone installation's server.exe works when the mgpp collection (demo) and server.exe are written to a CD-RW. However, on testing the advanced search functions, a bug in server.exe has been exposed that is there in a standard GS installation's server.exe as well. Creating the new ticket 712 for this. Once that advanced + fielded search bug is fixed, the fix should propagate to the CD-exported collection as well and this ticket should be well closed.

Except for the circumstances outlined in ticket 712, general advanced searching works and so does fielded searching. (And when both searching methods are combined, the first search field works, with or without any boolean operators.)
