Description
To use this you first need to download the allkeys.txt file from
http://www.unicode.org/Public/UCA/latest/allkeys.txt and put it in the Perl Unicode/Collate directory.
Why don't we have this in Greenstone?

To turn the sort-using-unicode-collation option of the generic List classifier on, need to have the official http://www.unicode.org/Public/UCA/latest/allkeys.txt file in the Include path's Unicode/Collate folder. Can't add this to linux' system perl lib, but since INC contains perllib, adding this folder structure and the allkeys.txt and license files to Greenstone's perllib works (we have checked that List.pm finds it there). Need to remember to get an updated version of allkeys.txt for each new release of Greenstone.
