Description
Invent a nice way to handle dependencies between args. eg thumbheight isn't needed unless create_thumbnail is set.
show grayed out? indented? in pluginfo on screen, and also in GLI. GLI deactivate if dependency not active. tooltip needs to display what it depends on.
