Have a gs-ghostscript.pl like gs-magick.pl and wvware.pl to set up the environment for Ghostscript.
This is not necessary at this stage since ghostscript's environment doesn't tamper with LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
But it's good to be symmetrical. If we create a script, then look in all the code, in perllib and bin\script probably, for occurrences of "gs" (not gsdl) which launches ghostscript and replace these with a call to gs-ghostscript.pl instead.
Then don't forget to update not just the GS2 setup.bat/sh but also the gs3-setup.bat/sh files.
