Docker with Greenstone

Description
Dr Nichols had suggested exploring Docker for use with Greenstone:
- testing
- binary generation
- releasing "docker" versions of GS. If double-clickable (not sure if possible, but may be), then users can just double click the Docker "app" with GS and get a custom env setup for GS. Maybe the collect folder can be "mounted" to outside the Docker's virtual env path, so that users can directly access and edit things in collect.
