Rebuilt the self-extracting jre_bin_x64 binary. The jre the previous version contained was already 64 bit, but the self-extracting binary was 32 bit because the 7za and 7zCon.sfx binaries (in p7z-essentials folder) that we used to build the self-extracting binary were 32 bit. Now those 7zip binaries were compiled up on a 64 bit machine, they're 64 bit. And now the self-extracting jre_bin_x64 binary produced is 64 bit too.
