Release a new version of the documented example collections to work with the 2.82 release.
Also, release an update package for those who already have the collections but want to upgrade to work with 2.82. Should be mainly collect.cfg upgrades.
These will be on the UNESCO cd-rom, so need to be updated to be in line with that.

A collection of tickets for our FRST Research Contract.

A milestone to collect targets relating to collection building (and therefore apply to both Greenstone 2 and 3) that are not assigned to a particular release.

A milestone to collect Greenstone 2 tickets that are not currently assigned to a particular release.

A milestone to collect tickets relating to getting Greenstone 3 up to the same level of functionality as Greenstone 2. i.e. things that are already present in Greenstone 2 that need to be implemented in Greenstone 3. When these tickets are going to be worked on, they should be moved into the appropriate release milestone.
