little update to the icon and add a shared resources folder, with the Uninstall document as the first resource

| 3 | To uninstall Greenstone, follow these instructions:

| 5 | * Back up your collections from %GSDLHOME%/collect

| 6 | * Back up any other files from %GSDLHOME% you wish to keep
|

| 7 | * Remove the entire %GSDLHOME% folder
|

| 8 | * Remove the Start Menu shortcuts
|
|---|
| 9 | (right-click on Greenstone in Start Menu, click delete)
