45 | Double-click the "Importing Profiles" item to see a list of importing profiles
---|
46 | for importing from other collections into this one. Each profile is named
---|
47 | after the collection to which it applies -- that is, the collection that
---|
48 | documents are coming from. You can add a profile by clicking "Add" beside
---|
49 | "Profile" and specifying the name of the collection that it should apply to. You
---|
50 | can remove a profile by selecting it and click "Remove" beside "Profile".
---|
51 | <p></p>
---|
52 | When a profile is selected, its mapping table appears. Each line gives a
---|
53 | correspondence between a metadata element in the collection that the metadata
---|
54 | comes from, and a metadata element in the collection being constructed. You
---|
55 | can edit this table. To add a new mapping, select a source profile, then click
---|
56 | "Add" beside "Attribute". The standard attribute dialog box appears, except
---|
57 | that the language field is disabled and the "Values" pull-down list contains
---|
58 | all the elements currently available in the collection. Mappings can be edited
---|
59 | and removed as described above.
---|
60 | <p></p>
---|
61 | Once you have finished changing the metadata importing profile, click "Close".
