47 | Greenstone can export one or more collections to a self-installing
---|
48 | CD-ROM for Windows. To do so, Greenstone's "Export to CD-ROM" package
---|
49 | must be installed. This is not included by default, so you may need to
---|
50 | modify your installation to include it.
---|
51 |

---|
52 | To export a collection, open the "File" menu and choose "Export to
---|
53 | CD-ROM". A list of Greenstone collections appears; click on any one to
---|
54 | see its description. Tick the check boxes of the collections to export.
---|
55 | You can enter the CD-ROM's name in the box: this is what will appear in
---|
56 | the Start menu when the CD-ROM has been installed. Then click "Export".
---|
57 | The process involves copying many files and may take a few minutes.
---|
58 |

---|
59 | Upon completion, Greenstone will show the name of a folder containing
---|
60 | the exported collections. Use a CD writer to copy its contents to a
---|
61 | blank CD-ROM.
