I had made this change by copying the phind equivalent for webswing from gli for webswing. Eventually I thought it shouldn't be committed, as I assumed it was only applicable if phind was to be a global webswing application and not specific to a collection. But when I had it commented out, I found that my webswing-phind page no longer appeared at collection level, so I'm putting this back.
