Milestone Release 2.82

Focus on incremental building.

The 2.82 release is planned to be the book release and the Unesco cd-rom release. This is due 1 June. We will do a pre-release, 2.82rc (plus additional rc2, rc3 etc as needed) before the 2.82 proper web and cd releases.

The list of tasks for thie release is limited to those features promised for Unesco contract and needed for the book, and other bug fixes. New developements are shifted to 2.83.

Timeline, 20 April 2.82rc release, 18 May, translations due, 31 May 2.82 release.

2.82 has been released, as a web release and as UNESCO cd-rom. The book release however, will now be 2.83.
