A few of the plugins add metadata containing gs2 macros and format statements. Macros are probably ok as long as they can be resolved by default macro resolver. Format stuff needs to be changed to be gs3 style for a gs3 collection. |

In GCC 4.3 the C++ header dependencies have been cleaned up. This means that you cannot rely on indirect header inclusion, you need to #include everything you need. There has been some email on the mailing list from people having this problem compiling mgpp using 4.3. We need to install gcc 4.3 and make sure everything compiles ok. Diego reports: If you run the installer (v2.81) from a cd or a pen drive, it can´t find Java, because I think it assumes that Java must be in the same drive from where you run the installer. So, you must copy the installer to local hard drive (MUST be c:\) and there, it will find Java ok!. It should give the choice to select where Java is if it can´t find it.' |
