Description
John Rose reported that he installed both the web library and local library on windows, for the same version of Greenstone, in separate installations. The start menu gets overwritten - there is only one greenstone entry, but there should be an entry for each installation. see also ticket 55, can greenstone warn you if it detects a previous installation?

The installer now appends a number in brackets to start menu groups when a group with the desired name already exists. E.g., Greenstone-3s2008.08.21(2). Each installation remembers its start menu group path, so if the user does an over-install on an installation, no new group is created but the existing one is refreshed.
