Description
I think this is done but just want to check that the demo user is added to the database on installation as this is used for the authentication demo.

gs2? gs3? Need to think about this some more. Added for cd-rom version, but if get collection from web, have instructions on how to add demo user + passwd

Checked with GS2 installers (Windows and Linux) of 24 Apr 2009 Nightly snapshot:
# The demo user is indeed added to the etc/users.gdb database on installation
# As per etc/users.gdb, the admin user is given 'colbuilder' privileges.
