GLI's fileview has a Refresh option on rightclick

Description
If in the Gather tab you rightclick on the right hand pane's background (not on a file), you'll have the option of Refreshing the fileview. This will reload the contents of the import directory. It may be useful for developers who have manually put files into that folder and want to see it all.
