gs2build/lib has been changed to gs2build/src/lib

  1. gs2build/lib is created but is empty
  2. "File or directory not found" for gs2build/src/lib

But when Katherine fixed the build.xml file to mkdir src/lib, the next BUILD FAILED error to occur was that gs2build/configure was missing.
