svn repository encoding problem

Description
The Greenstone SVN repository has an error in one of the revisions (can't remember which one, somewhere in the 3000s). It can't be checked out or viewed in trac. Might be some sort of encoding problem. Investigate whether it needs fixing and if so figure out how to fix it and fix it.
