Ghostscript on windows

Description
For PS to txt (in gsConvert.pl) we assume that gs doesn't work on windows, and just use regular expressions to strip out the text.
However, we are now installing ghostscript to be used with imagemagick (on a cd release) on windows, so can we use it for pstotext?
