GLI handling deprecated script options

Description
It would be nice is for plugin/classifier/script options there was a new field, deprecated. Then if its set to true, GLI will remove the option from the collection config file if it has been set, and somehow highlight to the user that the option is deprecated. eg maybe there is a deprecated message that GLI displays which tells the user what to do instead.
