Export to CD-Rom as well. Dr Bainbridge mentioned something about a URL instead of something to download.

Rename option works now (gliserver.pl commit 19233, GLI's remote/RemoteGreenstoneServerAction.java and collection/CollectionTree.java commit 19231).

The replace option now works for the remote case as well, fixed in revision #19239 (file/FileManager.java, collection/CollectionTree.java).
