Description
make and make install seem to be doing some things twice (indexers, just jni??) Compilation is happening on make install.
FIX!!

JNI stuff no longer done for gs2. Michael has fixed lucene compilation.
Just need to check with Greenstone 3 compilation that jni stuff is not done on make install.
