Description
Reported by stuart on sourceforge in 2001. I guess this will still be a problem...
Citeseer (http://citeseer.nj.nec.com/) links to the CSTR collection on www.nzdl.org, but all the links are broken. they are broken because of what appear to be legacy options encoded into the URL. Can we not do a better job of checking these?
