edit metadata - disallow for internal ones

Description
In gs3 web editor, *all* metadata is displayed and editable. But the user shouldn't be allowed to modify some internal ones, eg docnum. or nothing will work properly anymore.
These metadatas should be displayed together (at bottom of list?) in a non editable form. Is this all the ones that start with lowercase letter?
Also, what happens if we change Identifier? will that work? It should. would be good to be able to manually change it.
