Description
Blank "buildtype" lines are added repeatedly into the collect.cfg file [chi 13/06/2005]
Change in CollectionConfiguration.java, if buildtype does not contain any value, it means that none of buildtype has been selected. Thus, we don't want to write the "buildtype" to the collect.cfg file.
