Description
Should we always be blocking cover images? (unless of course no_cover_image is specified). currently the cover image will be added, but only blocked if smart_block is on. we should maybe do it like the associate_ext so that its always blocked. [kjdon 12/2005] - cover images now always blocked unless no_cover_image specified
