Plugin tidy up

Description
Several of the convert type plugins have a method called convert_post_process. This used to ensure utf8. Someof these have been renamed convert_post_process_old, some are still there.
Need to go through and see if we need this or not.
PostScript, PDF, Word, Excel plugins.
