Description
Add another value "approximate_size" to the "partition_type_within_level" so that it works like "per_letter" partition but 1) will allow setting the "partition_size_within_level" and 2) will group adjacent letters that have less documents than the value specified in "partition_size_within_level".
Add an option "never_bookshelf_last_level" to prevent bookshelfing items with the same metadata value, so that it behaves more like the AZList.

approximate size is done. the others are covered by ticket #642
Add a firstvalueonly option as in the CompactAZList: uses only the first value of multiple-valued metadata.
