delete collection in GLI

Description
The delete prompt has been changed to not allow you to delete the collection that is open. That is fine except that it still appears in the list of collections, but nothing happens when you click it.
It would be good if the collection details pane changed to display a message such as
"this collection is currently open in GLI and so can't be deleted. Please close the collection then delete it"
