extra folders in exported collections

Description

When you export a collection to CD-ROM, currently it only copies index, etc, macros, images, styles. There may be other folders that are needed. Either copy all except the ones we know aren't needed (import, archives, building), or provide an option so that the user can specify the extra directories.

We now copy all standard folders - images script java style flash
