Description
Make gti.pl generate spreadsheet for GS3 interface. One spreadsheet will be generated for all properties in WEB-INF/classes that contain interface texts.

Function has been added to the gti.pl script. All resource bundles in Greenstone3 that need to be translated are included in the array named gs3_interface_files.
