Weird behaviour in GLI launch

Description
Need to investigate: Dr Bainbridge mentioned something about GLI. When started it, it was asking to enter the library and would launch the browser, when it should do the opposite (as per glisite.cfg): autoenter and no startbrowser. Need to check that this behaviour is not there in the svn version or else fix it.

I have not encountered this anymore, even after a lot of testing on both Windows and Linux. GLI's config files have changed so much, as also the way they are dealt with, that this problem would have been solved. In 2.81 it seemed to arise from the two config files being confused with each other, getting messed up and then saved with the wrong init values. The current code keeps them distinct, which so far looks to have sorted things out.
