GLI default format statements

Description
GLI is adding in searchtypes format statement by default. don't need this if there are no indexes. can we stop GLI adding it in in this case??
Also, if AllowExtendedOptions is set to true, then some of the others are not used eg DocumentButtons (I think). Can we prevent GLI adding them in??
