1.3.6 Service-based enrichment of media delivery

Enhance Greenstone so that it can deliver results in enriched form on appropriate media. Example scenarios include: a) search result display of photos keyed to locations on a map b) place names in digital library documents cross-referenced to map information c) rich media objects, such as a realistic books, constructed at run-time from hierarchically structured documents and metadata. d) Music “documents” in the digital library seamlessly integrated with wider set of Web resources.

Achievement Measure: At least two service-based examples of media enriched delivery identified by the Scientific Leader to be incorporated into the Greenstone SVN repository.
