Description
"Address Resolution Method" panel mimics what's already there in GS2's server.exe, by letting the user choose between hostname, hostIP, localhost and the default homeIP (127.0.0.1).
The GSI dialog for the apache web server now also allows the user to set the "allow external connections" property.
