gli config files should handle multiple OS

Description
Inside the ./gli/config(Remote).xml, need an additional qualifier that sets the property only for the OS. That way the Mac and Linux using the same network here can work with different file associations (open %1 vs firefox %1) and different remote GS URLs etc.
The config file would have something like <myOS>.propname or <myOS>/propname, whichever is more convenient.
