Description
if we use a . to indicate a section, e.g.
HASHxxxxxx.2
in a URL. Then we use something else to replace a HASH-style ID, so what happens if we want to use a DOI such as:
10.1002/asi.20825
from
http://www3.interscience.wiley.com/journal/118640514/abstract
The most likely replacement for HASH is usually full of dots! We need to find a new way of representing sections in URLs.
