If the AllowExtendedOptions format is enabled, then it would be nice if the variable list was updated to include the extended options.

These include 

[DocImage], [DocTOC], [DocumentButtonDetach], 
[DocumentButtonHighlight], [DocumentButtonExpandContents], 
[DocumentButtonExpandText]
