Description
GS2 on Windows. After compiling is done, the bin/windows folder does not contain the conversion tools from the packages folder like rtf-to-html, pdf-to-html, Word conversion with wvware, etc.
This means that GLI is unable to convert and build GS2 collections containing PDF, Word and other special types of documents.

I've not had this problem for a long time. I've checked out recompiled GS2 on Windows several times since then, and it has all worked.
