Description
Can we make it possible to have cgiarg directives (like we can put into main.cfg) in the collect.cfg file?

Just had a thought - instead of using the receptionist directive to add in extra args to the links on the home page, the home page action could use cgiarg directives to add the extra args into the link. That way, the code thats loading up the cgiarg defaults doesn't need to do anything about the collection, which is good as I don't think it knows anything about the collection when its doing that.
