Description
Greenstone 2 allows cgiarg directives in main.cfg to specify what the default should be, eg for language, some/all searching, whether casefolding is on by default etc.
Can we implement a similar mechanism for greenstone 3?
Need site wide and collection wide defaults.
Does it make sense for gs3?
