GLI plugin option with commas

GLi no longer handles plugin options containing commas that are not metadata ones. For example, -subfield_separator ", " in ISIS plugin. It is doing a split on comma so you end up with empty strings which don't get put back together, leaving the value empty and affecting all the rest of the options.
